Course Title: Supervisory Management Training

Awarding Body: The Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) Level 6

Intended Audience:
Designed for those in frontline management or supervision roles. It is intended to equip candidates with an understanding of the importance of selling and marketing, while training them to work in teams and to manage the customer interface.

Entry Requirements:
Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent
18 years or over
Relevant work experience

Exemptions:
Students who may have already completed FETAC modules may enrol for exemptions.

Course Details:
This Award comprises of one FETAC Level 6 Module:

The specific learning outcomes are grouped into 4 units;
Analysis and Decision Making
Quality and Customer Focus
Planning, Organising and Prioritising
Strategic Planning and Change Management

Registration: BEFORE 10^th September 2010.

Duration: 11 week course with assessments in December. Commencing week of 28th September 2010 night tbc. 6pm - 9pm

Course Fees:
Tuition Costs €400.00. Books Extra
