Supervisory Management Training
Course Title: Supervisory Management TrainingAwarding Body: The Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) Level 6
Intended Audience:
Designed for those in frontline management or supervision roles. It is intended to equip candidates with an understanding of the importance of selling and marketing, while training them to work in teams and to manage the customer interface.
Entry Requirements:
Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent
18 years or over
Relevant work experience
Exemptions:
Students who may have already completed FETAC modules may enrol for exemptions.
Course Details:
This Award comprises of one FETAC Level 6 Module:
The specific learning outcomes are grouped into 4 units;
Analysis and Decision Making
Quality and Customer Focus
Planning, Organising and Prioritising
Strategic Planning and Change Management
Registration: BEFORE 11th September 2009
Duration: 11 week course with assessments in December. Commencing week of 28th September 2009, night tbc, possibly Wednesday 6pm - 9pm
Course Fees:
Tuition Costs €600.00. Books Extra
