What's New in Sage 50 V 2011:

At a glance, this release includes the following new and enhanced features, plus more:

Sage 50 Mobile V 2
Now with read/write capabilities, this new version of Sage 50 Mobile adds to the existing features and now includes the functionality to create Sales Orders, Invoices and Quotations.  It also includes a new configuration wizard that assists you in the configuration with Sage 50 Accounts and provides you the ability to switch on/off the edit functionality.  Providing many benefits to business owners, managers and on the ground employees alike, Sage 50 Mobile is also now compatible with iPhone iOS3 & iOS4, as well as BlackBerry models Pearl 3G and 9700. 

Bank Reconciliation Improvements
Now includes the ability to post adjustments into an active bank reconciliation in the form of customer receipts and supplier payments.  It also gives the user the ability to ‘send to excel’ and to also print a detailed retrospective bank statement and new Bank Reconciliation report.

age Pay Integration**
With a customer's web store, enabling faster secure online card payment processing.  Sage Pay integration allows customers using Sage Pay to download their transactions into Sage 50 Accounts for reconciliation, creating invoices and more.  There are also several layouts specifically designed for Sage Pay customers (e.g. letters, statements, invoices etc)   ** additional purchase and T&C's apply.

E-mailing of Documents
Any document generated from Sage 50 can be directly sent to email using Microsoft Outlook or an Internet e-mail service (e.g. Google Mail).  Specific layouts for e-mail automatically pick up the e-mail address stored on a customer or supplier record.  This helps save time and increase efficiencies.

Citrix Capability
When Sage 50 Accounts 2011 is installed in a Citrix environment, the person installing it has the ability to configure the setup so that key locations (which they are unable to do with current network versions) can be defined. Locations include: data path, reports, companies files and 'ini' file.  This allows each user to define their locations for these files and their own unique settings, which they will use in Sage 50 Accounts each time they subsequently login.
